Props to Jeff for the tremendous improvements he's made since the Nationals. Here's part 1 of a three-part MD-TV series with Palumbo. (Please don't mind the shameless MHP plugs.)

i think its just muscle control with the abdominal distention.. is abs arent over developed so theres no reason for it to stick out like that. maybe he is subconciously projecting his delusions of being a mass monster by making his stomach look like that ? LOL

anyways, GREAT arms and quads, his lats structure is fucked up, so not much he can do there.. chest can use more thickness..

Must agree with the comments about his gut....However I believe he will come in very lean and in great conditioning at the show.  He should finish in the top five for super heavy's.  Of course he won't beat Trey Brewer but I project he will have a nice showing.
