That guy has great potetial too bad he's ruining himslef with palumbo and that stupid "Eat fish vegetables and UP THE CARDIO!!"
Palumbo fails to mention his recomendations for insulin GH and IGF-1 he also ruins the young guys with androgen loading -several grams of fina halo drol and test supsension...

goddamn kid's soft in the hams and has a big belly.

He and Lunch Trey will probably have 90 inches of waist girth when they stand next to each other...

No, it's just MHP. Didn't you see the parts of the videos when they discussed which MHP products Jeff is using? ;)

Yea I threw up a little bit in my mouth though... :-X :-\ :D

Supplments suck especially MHP -those fking things knocked Victor out of the ASC they were so powerful rupturing his knee!! :o ;D

However, I do agree with you on the Palumbo factor.  To think these kids actually trust this abuser.

Trey's waist isn't under 40 inches and once his trainer (who's a fk up too) fks him up with carbs and diuretics his non striated physique will be falt and bloated belly...

I take it you don't think so highly of Mr Palumbo? Why not? All his interviews with Trey were very supportive and enthusiastic!

He's going to be too soft at Jrs.  He should be ready for the USA's if he does them.  His conditioning is good for him but not National level (at least top National level).  Gut needs to be controlled alot better too.  I believe he is planning on being a heavy weight and not a super.  He cannot be a super and be in the condition that he needs to be in to place top 3 or even top 5.

I agree with you cd82 that he has great potential, infact he could win a national show with all that muscle, big arms legs, good proportions, i'll even give him symetry, however not this time around, much improved -yes, but still no where near contest, good for 4 weeks out, bad for 2 weeks out. Future pro forsure and he wi9ll make money, but he has to get that last ten pounds of fat off.
