I dont knwo abotu you guys but during cycles i get really bad backne...

and it takes about 3 months to clear after im done with teh cycle...right now i have balck spots ....

...i hate having a decent size body and not being able to take my shirt off at the beach cause im too embarrased

any suggestions how to fix this a bit $:-\$

wash and change tops reguarly,sunbeds help dry them up or peroxide creams on prescription. if you always use the same compounds try different ones

Take one Benedryl Allergy tab every night before bed.

I have tried everything from creams to Accutane. Benedryl is the best idea and it has worked for every person who ever tried it.

Tanning helps, also every time you sweat, change your shirt immediately...

I had a bit of a bacne problem before i even started cycling..i dont find it gets worse when im on so i'll count myself lucky.

i also shower twice a day usin dish soap..sure it drys the skin out like a guy but im not a girl so what do i care about soft sexy skin. For a while i had a girlfriend who would pop all my backne and back black heads for me..god that helped...was kinda weird though

I heard of a really good solution to acne from a really good bro on another board. he said something like disolving mineral bars ind washing down with the straight minerals. Said it will kill all the acne. I don't have acne problems so I will get with him and post up more details.

that would be awesome dude. ive used accutane before, anti bactera pills, i still ese proacive and other creams and things and i wash like a fiend ... still get acne though $:-\$

acne is a bitch. good OTC things include a panoxyl bar (made with benzoyl peroxide 5%, same shit as proactive, but stronger), also aquaglycolic acid wash works great too.

i was thinking about going on doxycycline for 2 months next cycle...

also, funny thing was most acne i see comes AFTER a cycle...weird.

ya i was gonna add that too..my acne gets a lil worse after the cycle.

And candi, i use a "antibacterial hand and dish soap" so it isnt striaght up dish soap..but its close enough.

Use accutane (last resort)

Get some oral antibiotics
take only 1 a day (before acne starts)

something like amoxycillan 250mg.

If you get acne, up it.

OK here it is. This is from Visions, he swears it works foe most. I have not tried this.

Its a mineral deodorant stone found at local health food shops or on the web. You take a galon of water, put some in a pot and then put the stone in the water and boil it until it desolves then put back into the galon jug. Get a spray bottle and fill it. Then mist your body. You can mist anywhere on the body like your crotch, butt etc and you won't have body odor. The minerals won't allow bactera to live on your skin so it will prevent acne too. First shower then towel dry off then mist your body and allow to dry or use a hair dryer to speed up the drying. It wont stain clothes and of course can be used as under arm deodorant... Its non toxic too.

ill try the benadryl allergy pill first then the mineral bars if that doesnt work. My face is always clear but I get some acne around my shoulders and traps. Its not overly bad or anything my skin just heals very slow. And I have very hard problems getting a tan.

ive been using that anti bacterial soap on my face and dude it works ! its a little bit dry but ive gotten zero acne in the last three days and my skin is reallllly reallly smooth (except for those little post wher ei have got some acne

)

fucking cistic acne is a bitch

got to go to the doc on monday to get one of the bastards removed

hopefully this anti bacterial idea keeps working
