your better off with a cheap multivitamine, these high dosages are not more beneficial than the cheap ones imo.

Not a big fan of animal pack …

I got a box once and if I remember correctly … it said that the a serving contained 400iu vitamin E and 10000iu vitamin A … which all knows are fat soluble vitamins and at those big amounts it can only be in a soft gel form … but ironically there was no soft gel in the pak … so that gets you thinking … I would prefer the multi vitamine by “Prolab” or “Optimum”

I ran the Prolab packs for a while, they were pretty good, but I have since switched to Juice Plus.  Haven't gotten sick once since I've been on it for nearly a year now.

Juice+ is a great supplement … hope more companies come up with similar product … but they cant replace multivitamins … specially the amounts in fruits and vegetables were never sufficient for a bodybuilder

Animal Pak multivitamins contain 300IU of vitamin E and 9900IU of vitamin A.
