3rd month..with a rotated vetebra..soo all reps r done super slow n with control...

gonna go see a chiro sometime early july...till then..no time  :-\

it hurts ocassionally..behind my left scapula ..when i lay down to sleep...

just being carefull in the gym..

and if u concerned about health...you're in the wrong sport...


there r plenty of "fitness" related sites you'd be better suited for  :)

No thanks. Those sites usually suggest doing 65's for 8 on incline.

i feel you pain protein - i was waiting for my right rotator to heal after a slight tear, after about 6 months with no training and a few high rep restoration excercises it finally healed, but then i tore the fvckin left  one too >:( ( i wasn't even doing anything)

been waiting 2 months now, but i think its finally healing up.

i can't wait to get back at it.

i really am a fat panda now  >:(
