When people think of the organ stress caused by the "bodybuilding lifestyle" they never mention the heart, it's always the kidneys or liver.  Just heavy lifting over many years has a negative impact on the heart, aside from the drugs, dropping water, diuretics etc. which all increase the workload on the heart...eventually leading to cardiomegaly and heart failure.

Didn't Arnold have heart surgery done at 50?? hmmmmmmmmmm

lifting naturally= no problems for heart

lifting while being on huge amounts of steroids = heart problems.

  Wait for Bob chick to jump in the thread claiming that steroids and other anabolic drugs are only a small part of bodybuilding, that training and nutrition are more important and that Munzer was a unique abuser - when in reality the amount of drugs he used is the rule among pros, and the only reason why they don't die like Munzer is because they take other tons of drugs to counter the negative side effects of bodybuilding drugs.
