So whats the prognosis? What's "better?"
Is it bananas or is it grapefruits or is it peanut butter or is it eating 20 eggs a day or is it olive oil?
Is each one somehow better than the last or are they all basically interchangeable?
olive oil is the best
then fruits
then eggs
in that order
pb would be a distant last, although i have yet to experiment with it WHILE with the OLIVE OIL. olive oil has a cumalitive enhancing effect on all foods meaning, without olive oil in the diets the foods you eat are not feuled by olive oils anti oxidizing properties of PROTECTION.
think of olive oil as protecting everything and anything
other foods are only okay on there own , some are better than others.
pb by itself is very fattening but also gives tons of energy and taste, but maybe with olive oil it will not be as fattening
i ate over 10,000 calories the other day with olive oil and icecreams the real fattening kind
i seem to gained pure muscle. yes you dont have to beleive me try it for yourself.
