Even since he has been using BSN products ,he went downhill, lol
The problem was he didnt diet hard enough the first 6 weeks, so I bet they dropped his carbs to almost nothing, and I bet he was doing a ton of cardio.
Trey is kind of stringy, and lost alot of muscle trying to make it into the show.I have been there. You over diet trying to get shredded, your body releases cortisol, and you wind up looking stringy, and losing alot of muscle.
If Trey did weigh 320 lbs in his off season and if he dieted correctly he could have easily come in at 270-275lbs.
I would get up to 285-290lbs, and come in at 252-258lbs.
If you diet correctly and keep your receptors fresh, you can actually gain muscle while dieting. The reason for this is most guys, like myself would stay off gear, then come show time, BAM .I would use more gear getting ready for a show, then I did in my off season.
