you heard it here first.

i know trey overdid the t3 a bit. he DID lose SOME leg size (although not much) he did however get into shape which many, many ,many of you doubted that he would so i think it there will be alot of you guys that will need to apologize to the lunch box as you guys call him and maybe come up with a new name..like future ifbb pro

the amount of fat he dropped is VERY impressive

the guys is 250lbs before carbing up. when he carbs up he will appear alot bigger

Of course he will........BSN will make sure of it no matter what kind of shape and crappy genetics he has.

He has HORRIBLE shape.

His pecs suck, his back is worse and his arms are average at BEST. Only BP he has are the wheels.

I will say his conditioning is excellent and I am SHOCKED he got that ripped so fast.
