I got my arms up to 19 1/2 " drug free, but I weighed 255lbs.I also have very large bones,8 1/2" wrists.
If a person has large bones, I believe they can obtain a 19" -20" arm naturally. Now if they have small bones, thats a diffrent story:)
As far as Trey Brewer goes, I like Trey as a person but I am very disappointed on how he looked this week end.I have spoke to Trey and Daniel his trainer on numerious occasion and they seemed to have a pretty good game paln.
I think Trey looked better last year at The Excalibur.I think he got to big on his off season, and since it was in his contract to do this show, so he couldnt back out.By the looks of things at his guest posing appearences, he lost a ton of weight in such little amount of time.I think the last 6 weeks he really had to suck it up, and sacrificed alot of muscle in the process.
Plus most people didnt notice this but Trey Brewer has "log" arms. His arms are decent in size, but they have no real shape or peak.Back in the day, they would call his arms "log "arms.
If Trey got up to 320lbs in his off season he should have came into this show at around 270-280lbs.Heck he weighed 260lbs when he won the Excalibur. How do you lose 10lbs of muscle on stage in a year and a half?
