i can understand your frustration. also holland should have had a plan B...they tried to continue with passing the ball just infront of the russian penalty area..they should have used crosses into the penatly area too (just look at what happened when they got free kicks into the box...it was dangerous every time). also holland sometimes should have tried to use a quicker first pass to the forwards..but they didnt, and the russians had time to regroup everytime.

yeah but i get the feeling that they are here to stay. the russian league has improved alot the last few years (in part due to exports raising the quality of the league).

the russians play offensive very fast football, alot more fun to watch compared to italian very slow tempo footbal (i cant stand serie A anymore) or french 'attack with only 3 players' football. (not in the league..the french national squad...also domenec sucks as a coach...)

another thing is that the russians dont complain as much as other teams, they just keep going, and they run ALOT.
