WHOA!  Desmond is having a productive offseason. He tells me he is weighing around 310lbs and considering doing the Atlantic City show but isn't sure yet. I thought it was Quincy Taylor from the back until he turned around. Dude is LARGE!

U know, as I look at the pics again. Of that 310lbs looks like most of it is water and he isnt holding much fat. You can still see cross striations in his quads, even at this bw. Thats very impressive.

well i know for this past years shows he was working with some fitness fag. Thats why he wasnt looking too good.

But Fahkri is pretty good, so hopefully he picks it up and gets his nationals conditioning back.

yeah i think fahkri will get him to nail his conditioning again. he's helped him get this big while staying very lean. I'm sure he can bring him down just fine.
