Sweet potatoes

After my post workout shake, i like to have a solid whole food meal 1-2 hours later

Lately Ive been getting these baked sweet potatoes in plastic wrap that u keep in the wrap in the microwave...after I take em out i put butter buds on it and have some top sirloin...do u guys have any tricks on baking sweet potatoes in bulk...do u cook a lot of them at 1 time...and are u really susposed to poke holes in em?

rap em in foil, throw them on the grill for a while. set them off to the side while you're cooking your meat.

I poke holes in them put them in a deep glass bowl with a cover and put a little in the water on the bottom of it and microwave them

helps keep them moist and a quick way to make a bunch

just roll them over half way through to make it cooked all the way through----not nessecary but helps

Just wash them, poke a few holes with a knife in them, throw in microwave on paper towel and cook for about 5 mins.  Very easy, no mess.
