there is a huge 5'7 bber at my gym (really big), who claimes 23 inches arms

I laugh everytime, even if his arms are huge, I'd have to see him tape them but he refuse to do it in front of me (he doesnt have the time for that bullshit  ;D)

Chick, while i know you know alot more about bodybuilding than i do and are a heck of alot more experienced....i see Sean alot in the winter.  Iv met Ronnie numerous times when he was over 300.  The fat offseason sweatshirt after an arm workout comment implies that i dont know anything.  I wasnt bullshitting.  Iv seen him in tank tops, tight tshirts....he does NOT get fat offseason.  MAYBE 12% TOPS.  He has some enormous arms.  In relation to his body, his arms are not as big as Ronnie's.  If you were to measure both, i PROMISE Seans are bigger.  Iv seen him far too many times.  I have a friend whose arms we taped at the gym at 20.5 and Seans arms are MUCH bigger than his.  I know what a big arm looks like, im not a newbie...didnt see him recently in contest shape.....he might have lost size in the arms so i dunno.  But offseason and NOT above 12% theyr def bigger than i have ever seen Ronnie's arms.

Honestly, no.  His arms are much thicker.  Like i said, i dunno about contest time because i havent seen him lately, but i said OFFSEASON they were 24-25 range (you boosted my claim up to 26 yourself in an attempt to discredit me).  How sure are you?  If i can pull a video'd offseason measurement of 23+ offseason on his arms this offseason, you resign from bb.com and athletes rep.  Deal?  :)

TooPowerful knows his stuff and knows his pros... I tend to believe him on Sean's arms comment.  Where's the video of special ed interviewing him?  Ed is 230+ pounds and looks like a child next to Sean Allen.  I bet the arms are 23 legit, without a doubt.  They look huge and he's 6 foot 3...

No, chick is right.  He IS closer to the camera creating a bigger look.  Still, im pretty damn sure his arms are bigger than Ronnie's.  Being 6'5 will make any bodypart look smaller than it is....shape comes in to play also (ronnie has freaky round arms).
