You can lose weight eating anything, if your overall calories drop and you expend more energy. People are so dumb, they'll be shocked with anything. Much like the fat bastard who went on the "Subway" diet. Of course, his calories dropped and probably exercised.
Look at this person's diet from McDonald's:
Meal 1: Coffee
Meal 2: Salad w/ chicken, Chipolte Wraps, apple dippers (wtf are those)
Meal 3: More apple dippers
Meal 4: Salad w/walnuts, BBQ Chipotle Wraps
This fatbody was probably sucking down 3-4x the calories, before he got unlazy and didn't gorge himself. Big fucking deal...haah
80lbs in 6 months, is a testiment to how much this guy used to eat before. Probably sucking down pizza and Fatmacs with gallons of soda.
