If you check out ifbbpro.com, you will notice that there isn't currently a European Grand Prix show for 2009. But you know that already. As for the little guys in the 202 and under, there will be a separate event for 12 competitors at the Olympia, and IFBB Pro show.
Seems to me if you haven't competed for two years and have no plans to compete in the near future, you are a "retired pro" whether your dues is paid up or not.
Sounds good. But make it three years. After that, we can assume they are retired or not competing anymore, and if they choose to, they can make a comeback.
