Im pretty sure 99% of all gym-goers train chest/triceps on monday ;D

brothers i didnt bring it today. strenght levels wasnt where expected and last week i hit my lower back too hard so this time i had to cool it. i did mostly variations of chins including negatives. numerous sets for hypertrophy.
