Summer is in full swing, I look like nothing since my retirement from bodybuilding, and frankly I am getting a bit depressed by how I look....especially after comments like : " WOW ! WTF happened to you ? "
Considering how I look now, maybe I should start eating right and train
just go for the leaness sev, not this swole bulky 'ideal' that a typical fat getbigger would like to be
it just doesnt happen naturally
take a look at alexxx, hes not big at all but looks just like you and is taller but hes pretty lean and its attainable naturally
keep tabs on those calories
except for olive oil get in 1/2 cup to 1 full cup a day along with 3-6 whole eggs
the rest of your calories should be peanutbutter and honey for example
1/4 cup of pb= 400 calories, so you only have to do 200 reps of something like no weighted squats or pushups to assure yourself of no fat gain
and other times a peice of any fruit that is on average 100 calories, thus you only need to do 50 reps to burn that
this is exacly waht i do so i know it will work for you
