Not to sound nutty, but as someone from a non hunting place I find it all strange. So I can go down the street and kill a deer, but if I whip out a gun and pop a dog I will go to jail? I could kill a caribou but if I kill a horse I go to jail? Killing rabbits is legal yes? But prison awaits if I kill a cat? Some animals you can kill for "fun" others will get you jail time.

Most people on here would probably claim they could do that

But do they really have the "ground skills" to do it??

An old friend of mine actually had a pet gerbil of his stuffed after it died.  He mounted it on a wall in his den and calls himself "Small Game Hunter"
