Thoughts on HMG use & dosing?

I'm looking for opinions on low dose HMG run throughout a cycle to maintain testicular health, much like HCG is used by some guys.

Any opinions on it's effectiveness vs. HCG?  I'm concerned that the Sertoli cells are getting left out in the cold by HCG.

Any dosing recommendations - amount and frequency?

He said he really doesn't see the need for it for HRT purposes since HCG is sufficient  - in his opinion - to do the job.
