I have visited venice ca a couple of times. And I have never seen any pros who train harder than Paco.
Just one thing different from another pro is not lifting a lot of weight. But his form is actualy tooooo strict.

For ex, he dont hardly go more than 200kg on squat.
But, hell, intense.

Maybe i guess his body is like a work of art and it should be always VERY good for him.

Maybe a bit not pumped and he consider that he is not good.
In other word, he has very high pride in his body. I think thats the one of the reason why he always present great condition in every contest he enters.

I dont totaly care if somebody call me a loser.
Cus I consider myself a big loser and big winner at the same time.
I was dead last at 3 contests total. I lost 200000$ in the business prior to this. I did numerous stupid things in my life and I will keep on doing it.
But Also I made many people happy and acomplish many things in my life.
Just overall, winning and losing come to us alternatively like rain and sunshine.
If you live longer, finaly you dont care if you are loser or not.
Here just i want to have fun with everybody including you.
I hope one day,you will realize my word and dont care about if you are winner or loser anymore.

So nobody win or lose in this world. Even a world amateur bbing overall champ(Paco) feels shit about the contest result.

My business is producing those rice cakes for Japanese restaurants of all over the Spain and portugal.
So fitness and bbing are totaly my hobby.
Yes, I gained my arms also with these crazy 16 sets each(Bi &Tri).
But above all, my delts are most mysterias body parts.
He makes me train 3 times a week and start to grow.

What i learn from this: Always we have to be free from the common sence and theory. No neglecting them but just no need to persist in.
