Thats exactly what i thought.

But the point is:If our nutritional condition is sufficient, we have more resistance than we believe.
So to speak,most of the case, we are not overtrained but subalimented.

This is Pacos concept.

Yes.Exactly, those fatigue must be paid sooner or later.

That was today, i hardly couldnt train today and Paco told me that i have to stop and eat double amount of my diet today and tomorrow..

2 weeks ago, I SHOULD go to restaurant instead of keeping on my diet.
And he says, when i go to restaurant, I should eat until i explode.

 But Paco will have been using AAS for a long, long time - maybe even as a teen. He probably doesn't have great knowledge of training genetically typical naturals.  Even a lot of pros would shy away from 3 hour workouts with every set to failure. Maybe - and I say only maybe because 3 straight hours of failure sets is not something many 38 yo naturals could handle - you are coping with the workload but that doesn't mean you're training optimally.

 Not trying to rain on your parade as your enthusiasm is great.

I understand every theorys and they are right.
But, always, the most important thing is the result. As we see getting result, we keep on doing that no matter how stupid it looks like.

For example, i train my delts 3 times a week now. Looks really ridiculous concept.
But my delts grew like crazy. So, what can i say?

Each muscle group sets are 16-20.
And always i train 3 muscle groups everyday and 20 min cardio.

And many times this monster does double split.
