It's not that your physique was ever very bad, just your posing. Give yourself credit. Most clowns on this site wouldn't think of posting a shot, you went through a shitty posing routine.

The thing that bothers me the most is why the hell you didn't just removed your pants completely? Having them hanging at your feet and bothering you while you pose (I'm sure there were more pics in this set) + making you look ridiculous.

Ok guys...4 weeks of dieting...a little progress, but have a mountain to climb as far as fat loss...I'm down 13 lbs on the scale...BF% down roughly 2 %...I'm gonna drop carbs a little lower and see what happens over the next few weeks. Good thing is GB III is 3.5 months away. Here's some comparative pics 4 weeks apart...old pics are with red/blue background
