Celiac Disease
« on: June 27, 2008, 04:54:44 PM »
Does anyone here have Celiac Disease?  I have relative who were tested and have it, and I have all the symptoms.  Is it tuff to go gluten free?  Should I get tested or just see what happens if I go gluten free?

Also, can Celiacs be detrimental to Bodybuilding?  I read something about malabsorption...

Any information appreciated,
Thank you!

Go gluten free anyway. It is healthier. No one absorbs or digest gluten well. It is a useless protein no meant for human consumption.  You will feel way better cutting gluten out of your diet even if you don't have celiac disease. Cut diary out and you will feel even better.
