If I do the Mr GetBig this year (would like to but can't really make plans when I'm living on a knife-edge of despair), then I'll post up some smack-talking workout videos... I'll even get the six Kamali-style spotters and shout "Light-weight" on every set... perhaps even a few toe-shattering plate Branch Warren style plate drops.
But then again, my videos wouldn't be as entertaining because I train in a distinctly different manner from all the fragile ego-ed IFBB Pros... proper form and weights I can actually move on my own for full reps.
