I never understood that rule........so what, it's going to leave a little powder on the ground and bar, what's the big deal? Not like it's Anthrax or something.

Lol...thats a fucking joke in itself. I hate these gyms with dress code rules...as if we are back in high school. They should focus on the real rules of the gym lik put your weights away, gym ettiquete, etc. Never mind what people choose to wear.

Are you serious? Gold's, a hardcore gym that it is and has been known to be, asked you to stop using chalk of all things? That's just not right and that manager needs to go.

My gym has nothing in the rulebook about sex on the premises.

I take that to mean it's allowed.

Unless it's two guys in the locker room. At that moment, assault becomes perfectly legal.

My gym in Mississippi had a large sign that read, NO NEGROES, NO ASIANS and NO JEWS ALLOWED. Damn I miss that place.

well, at my gym you cant wear flip flops, cant train without shirt (wich is strange since some girls use so little clothes you doubt they are not nude)...but i think thats about it

No biting, no eyegouging and so on.

You can train without any clothes on your upperbody but
you must wipe the sweat of the equipment with a towel.

You can knock people out, but you must use gloves when doing it.
