I've never understood that rule. What difference does a tiny amount of shoe fabric make when you drop a plate on your foot?

Gyms have a tough time getting insured, so I imagine that is in the clause.

No chalk is allowed in the gym, can't leave weights on the benches upholstery and doing barbell rows with the bar between your legs is banned.

Those are the only rules on the wall and everybody fucking ignores them unless one of the staff comes around.

maybe they should get some rubber plates if the meatheads want to throw the bar down.

That would be funny if a woman was benching. She sat up after a set and the husband got the child out of the gyms daycare. He then handed the child to his wife and she breast fed him right there. Everybody would drop the dumbbells lol.

they have rubberplates. still if you do a set of deadlift to failure you will slamm it on the last rep/reps.

I used to have a cardio-key workout circuit by Scifit along with my practice.

You are right...it was a pain in the ass getting insured, as I recall.
