Hmm. Besides the real asymmetry problem going on, he looks quite good and fit. I like how well-spoken he is on camera. Seems to be gracefully sliding into 'retirement.'

more than likely hrt, definately not more than that, and i would say he still eats really clean and trains hard, hes 5 ft 10 i would say hes around 220 still. Looks good and healthy props to him.
