I knew of a couple of guys. low level baseball and hockey players that aren't famous but both carry a MLB players card and NHL players card. Just by name dorpping the doormen at clubs didn't care but once they flash their players card they got into the club ahead of the line. Most clubs show respect to athletes because even though they may not be famous, they still make the $1 million base salary for a bench warmer. So does flashing your ifbb card get you this privilege?
Well... sometimes. Let me start by saying that when I went to Vegas, and we went out to some clubs with a few pro bodybuilders, it was very cool. For once, most bouncers and doormen at clubs lift weights, and follow the sport, so once they knew who they were, they got in immediately. It was cool, and straight to the VIP section too. And this worked for at least 3 of the clubs we went to. And yes, being an IFBB pro with a recognizable name does work.
And oh... I did speak to a friend of mine who is a bouncer, and no, flashing an MLB or NFL card doesnt always work. They need to know who you are. So many people try to get in using these tricks that it just doesnt work anymore.
