Purely in bodybuilding terms I would agree.  However, I've seen three videos online where Vince states he has bills to pay, which is very unfortunate (why won't a company sign him?).

Back to the topic of the most, I would say Rich Gaspari is up there.

Levrone had a great career.
Also, like it or not, Nasser had a great career.  Early on, he beat some great competitors (before his oil experimentation)
Flex did well, though he also got a tad oily as well
Vince Taylor is very successful and has longevity
