It's so obvious, I see them all the time and the funny thing Is until i checked my head I probably did the same
mistake for a while too.
But since a couple of years when I had my shoulder injury (probably due to to heavy sideraise

) I use very light weight.
You can feel the difference immediately, if you take lighter weight hold the weight in perfect form and fight the momentum to drop the weight
the effects are much greater if you use your whole body to jerk the weight up.
