Lifting weights is teh awesome!   Has anyone seen any good IFBB bodybuilding shows lately?  How much do you bench?  What it the bestest brand of creatine for me to take so I can get hyooooooge?  Thanks guys!

Bodybuilding is fun. Ppl of all colors and races should do it.  Afterwards they can all sit together and sing kumbaya.

Ben Weider says bodybuilding is the answer to stop all war and achieve world peace.  I think this great man is right (as he always is), and we should work to lift and pose our way to true brotherhood!

I like working out also.
 When I need spot ,I always look for African Americans spotters ,they are the best  :)
