I used to be pretty ripped at 155-160 pounds. I later became quite buffed at about 180 pounds and then, I quit working out for 3-4 years. My weight climbed to 220 pounds. I am now trying to get back in shape. I currently am down to 195-200 pounds at 5'10". It is hard work. I would give anything to lose the gut and the double chin I acquired!  :(
