PCT for First Cycle-Please Help!!!
« on: July 02, 2008, 04:39:49 AM »
I am getting ready to come off my first cycle. I am 31 years old. I have been on for 16 weeks now, taking the following:

Test Prop: 300 mg/wk
Test Cyp: 400 mg/wk
Winny: 50 mg/day
Nolvadex: 22 mg/3x a week
HGH:  4 IU a day

I have the following for PCT on hand:

Nolvadex
Chlomid
HCG

I have read alot of different threads about PCT, ranging from reco's of cruising, to time on = time off, to just going off for about 8 wks.

Any opinions on the following would be appreciated.

How should I taper down my cycle/start PCT, and how long should I run my PCT? How long before I should start back up?

Should I just bump down the test and cruise at 200 mg cyp a week? If so, should I take some HCG during this time, and how long should I cruise?

Read RDW's post on HCG. There is some good info here. It is in the stickies up top:
http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=166108.0

Week 1-3 clomid 25mg ed
week 1-4 Nolvadex 20mg ed

THis is not typically how I would run a PCT as I prefer to use one SERM along with aromasin. I would have run the HCG while on cycle to keep things working, because once you are shut down it can be hard to stimulate the testes and get them back to 100% functionality. Just FYI I will post the protocol I would use for your future reference.

Week 1-3 clomid 50mg ed
week 1-6 aromasin 25mg ed

I have also had success running nolva instead of clomid @ 20mg ed, but I run it for four weeks instead of 3, just because I don't think that nolva will boost your natural test as much as clomid. Some studies are starting to show that nolva does increase test produvtion, but I personally think the jury is still out.
