What's funny is, when I first got interested in this "sport", he and Pavol had the best physiques, imho.

I always enjoyed Milos's input. I'm sure he'll pop in now and then..but the pro exodus appears to be complete.

I agree.

I am sure many of the pros have also left Getbig because many threads are now just plain moronic. How many nonsensical threads can you read before your brain just rebels?

I have followed Getbig from around the time the Mentzers passed away. There was a great deal of interesting information exchanged here. Over time, due to lack of moderator action, the content declined to the current level. Now I am lucky to find 10% pf the threads that are actually fun to read.

I know its the nature of the internet, but it seems that it doesn't take long for a good thread to get corrupted.

In all seriousness, no matter what anyone's beef is with Milos (I think his supps are super high quality, but very high priced--but you don't go into a Ferrari dealership asking for discounts, so either buy them, or don't), he has:

accomplished much more than most of us in this "sport"
has mad knowledge to drop re: nutrition (remember before his supps came out and he posted good pre/intra/post workout shake recipes)
has interesting and different notions on training (many call pink dumbells)
etc.
