What shoes do you wear for training?

Whats more comfortable for you.

"Running" shoes seem to work fine for me.

I wear Vandals, 360 Max Airs, Air Max 90s, Dunks (highs and lows), and Nike Freetrainers ...

Lately, Adidas weightlifting shoes. They really do make a difference for squatting depth, feel, etc.....

Before that, I used a pair of work boots, I really like shoes with a nice hard heel.

Laugh now, but the combination of work boots, sleeveless flannel, and daisy dukes has been shown to be more anabolic than Dianabol.....
