His chest looks a bit saggy, but i wouldnt say that its caused by gyno

Gyno has nothing to do with a hanging chest, it's fatty breast tissue around the nipple area..and Arnold never had it. Franco did in '81.

I thought the nipple thing was just the first stage and when the entire chest starts to hang it's more advanced gyno?
