So as you all probably remember I had used the Palumbo diet to cut for about 12 weeks...well i was doing my cardio and sticking to my diet all the way...and each week i thought i was getting leaner and i swear i thought i had abs...i truly thought this...well a few days me and my friend Don were working out in the gym...back, biceps, calves, abs...supersets, giant sets, etc...so were in the locker room after in the sink area and i ask don to critique my abs...i took my shirt off and flexed as hard as i could...but sadly my abs looked like shit for the first time in my eyes...he told me he could see the outline of my abs, and my obliques were good, but it looked like i had another 10 pounds to go...i went from 235 down to 202, and my bodyfat ended up at 9%...but i didnt have the ripped six pack...so i asked him to take his shirt off and i coudlnt believe how damn good his abs looked...friggin 8 pack...and he was flexing them and i felt in between the abs and they were rock hard...this pissed me off so much because he hardly watches his diet and hardly does cardio...and hes ripped to the bone...and here i was doing 1 hour and 30 mins a day...never missing a meal, supplement, etc

next year im hiring someone to do my diet...screw this crap

has this ever happened to u guys...where u think youre ripped w/ abs but youre not...does it inspire u to train harder?
