 i did workout couple of days in STRONG & SHAPELY gym... very good one and the owner offered lots of Help... i think his name was BOB!

I looked at the video and thought it was strange to see him like that,but look at the video it is shot with weird view some long shots that narrowed picture and he looked smaller ,and he looked like he had no hardness or seperation ,his calves are unreal and in that video he is doing walking lunges and it looks like there gone there is no way his calves look like that,trust me its the way the video was shot or the format .

 i hear ya disgusted.. i went back and looked atthe pics and i was very impressed to see vinny with that thickness.. and now i see the vid and have to say i am not impressed.. maybe it is the camera angles and the footage itself like njflex said.. we will see soon enough i guess.. but, shows are blown and physiques ruined in the last weeks quite often.. i hope that is not the case with vinny..

Sami, how does it feel to know that McFarland would smoke you in conditioning at any show? Sure you may have more mass then him but doesn't it just make you want to go park high priced cars for a living at your local raghead hotel?
