and you include the shrugs in those sets, calm down, I was simply trying to be positive.  Smiley
You should learn how to count, I didn't include shrugs in that 25 sets.

You should learn how to count, I didn't include shrugs in that 25 sets.

either way, nothing is wrong with doing shrugs (trapezius) on shoulder day.

I do traps with shoulders 80-90% of the time.

Me too.

Reason: Traps may not be a part of shoulders, but only training your delts is pointless.

Back day is hard and has a lot of different exercises, adding traps on back day would just be too much, so i shift them to shoulder day.

Traps are also involved in shoulder movements, laterals, presses...

indeed! too many pulling exercises on backday already, don't need another one.
