Do you guys think I would be better off running 6 IU per day of GH for 8 weeks or 4 IU per day for 12 weeks?  I would also be running 100 mcg of T3 per day, 200 mcg of Clen per day, and 20 IU Humalog preworkout - on top of test and deca.

IMO 12 weeks is not long enough to really see the benefits.

unless you plan on paying alot of money just to use it as a fat burner.

I'm not really interested in the growth benefits.  I can easily get that from anabolics and insulin.  All I really want is increased fat loss, increased wellness and some help recovering from some nagging joint and ligament injuries.

Also, I don't believe this crap that it takes a while to see the effects from GH.  In the past, I have gotten immediate fat loss results at only a couple IUs per day...  I really think many people use fake or underdosed GH and that's where that myth comes from.

keep it collect about 600i.u of gh for 5months or more and then start it

Yup, there are cheaper/better alternatives for just fat loss.  Don't get me wrong, GH is great, I love it, but using it just for fat loss is a waste.

im not sure they are saying it takes forever to start working,  they are saying that if you want a fat loss drug there are much better and cheaper ways of doing that.

as for gh conversion time to raise igf-1...i would imagine it would happen withing the first day or two...    but just because you have high levels of a hormone doesnt necessarily mean your getting the full range of benefits from supraphysiological amounts of that hormone.

for example... testosterone goes to work day one. BUT, it takes several weekd, regardless of ester, for you to experience the prnounced blood volume that goes along with testosterone administration.

so i guess with gh, there are probably some kkind of beneficial effects that take a while to come around... which is why everyone says to get the growth out of it, it takes several motnhs.   

(well, thinking about it, gh isnt the growth factor, igf-1 is... and from what i know if ogf-1; its main growth mechanism is through multiplying muscle cells.. which doesnt mean immidietae growth in muscle size... because it will tak a few months for those new musclecells to mature and show themselves off..)

I think if you're diet is really good and you're really staying on course with it, you will notice some added conditioning effects from your plan. However, I do agree with everyone else that to really get your moneys worth, you'll have to run it a little longer.

IMO, 16wks is what I'd say is the minimum for any real noticeable effects.

Thanks for the advice everyone.  I really appreciate it.

Based on what you guys have suggested, I plan to get some more GH and do 16 weeks at a minimum.  It's US Pharma GH so I should see some good results.

I always use 20IU pre workout.  It's superb to use whether bulking or dieting. When dieting, I get up in the AM, take my shot and shake, workout(with shake) and then after my PWO shake and meal - no more carbs after 7:15 AM.  I can eat 400g carbs around my workout and still get lean. It all gets burned or stored as glycogen.

I ran 2iu's a day for 8 months. My strength increased and my cycle's worked better. Some people even said my face changed and I looked more hard.

  In my opinion any GH over 3 i.u. a day helps because I sleep better and can train more often.

Ive been using 3.2 IU of Genotropin a day 7th week now. Using it for 15 weeks.

I find I can see a noticeable difference with in 2 weeks of using it. My muscles get fuller and rounder. I get much more vascular and I can eat a truck load of calories and stay lean. Ive gained about 1 kg in actual weight but my body fat has come down loads. So if my weight is still similar yet im down about 3kgs of bodyfat surely that’s lean mass gained? Im using 400mg Masteron a week with 50mg Proviron and then the Geno split am and pm…

GH is by far my favorite bodybuilding supplement.
