What do you currently do for them?
Tried alot of things. The best results came from heavy back exercises, not direct biceps training. Right now I'm doing different types of curls, but never get the feeling that they do much.

Not bad at all - I think they are normal... back double bi was somewhat misguiding. As for bicep, mine are short and curling did almost nothing for them, but chinups/pullups made them grow. Try some extreme Doggcrap-stretches - before stretching pump up the musclegroup via a light high rep set.
Althogh my arms are rather long, it's exactly the same with mine. I'll try the DC stretches, thanks for the advice!

'Tons of potential' means 'looks puny', right Not at all! Your physique is exactly like what it seems as though the majority of women prefer. Good job wavelength!

New pic of today. In the right lighting, I could almost convince myself of incipient rippedness. What do you think is my body fat?

10-14%. Looking great - though forearms seem thin.

It's not an optical illusion, they're sticks. The only advantage is that they make the upper arms appear a little larger. My guess would be around 11% BF, my back is usually more defined than my front. I'd like to get in real ripped condition this time, just to see what it looks like.

Try hanging from a chinup bar - hands pronated and forearms as flexed as your strength allows. High tension and static contraction, after that stretch hard for at least 60 secs.

Just hang there, till you drop - maybe 5secs, maybe 10, ... 60 or more. Hands close together... watch out if you have tender wrists... warm up before.

Looking great - though more toned and aesthetic than brutish. What was your initial goal when starting to lift?
