Looking great - though more toned and aesthetic than brutish.
What was your initial goal when starting to lift?

You said the word. Don't you know that's the forbidden word?

 ;D

My initial goal was certainly not to look like that, I wanted to get huge of course. I have a hard time putting on size and an even harder time to get rid of the fat without losing all the muscle. I'm not that serious anymore and just do it for fun now. I'll probably end up looking pretty scrawny on this diet, but I just want to know what it looks like since I've never been really ripped.

These weird erotic-like poses are the gayest ass pics I've seen on here in a long, long time.  I wish I had never clicked on this thread.

When I'm not on a stupid diet, I pretty much eat what I like (including Wiener Schnitzel).
When I'm on a stupid diet, I sip on a protein shake during the day, just to be sure to get a minimum in. I eat out for lunch, but stay away from the greasy stuff. No breakfast. Low-fat evening snack. I don't count calories. When I feel like it, I "carb up", e.g. see pic above.  ;D

To lean down I have to torture myself, otherwise it's a no go; this means boiled meat/fish with green veggies and tons of low carb protein shakes...only thing that does it...

I did that too for quite some time. But what it comes down to is deficiency of calories and a minimum of protein intake. At least for my body. And eating out beats preparing meals, especially if you have a busy schedule.

Of course it's torture, but with my plan it's only torture in the evening. In the morning I'm not hungy anyway.

BTW.: The pic is no joke. Of course I can only do that every other week or so, but you gotta have something to keep sane.

I think this is very stupid; at least drink a shake. You should always have something in the morning. No offence.

I kind of have that, since I'm starting to drink my protein at about 10am. The only thing I can stomach earlier than that is fat. Plain carbs (like oats etc.) or proteins give me the cramps in the morning. Has always been like that. I do try to get in some good fats right after I wake up (usually 10g of sesame/walnut/poppyseed/flax oil) along with a multivitamin, but that's about it.

Haha, that's not too far from the truth.
Maybe I'm just too lazy to wake up 30min earlier to prepare breakfast. ;D
I'm generally a very lazy person, I must admit.

Try a 5 days a week fat - 2 days carb approach aka Mario di Pasqual.
Seems to be a good option for natties.
How old are you?

I've tried the anabolic diet and other low carb diets, but they don't work too good for me.
I'm 35.

He, he - I thought you were 20.
What kind of drawbacks did you notice when using the aforementioned diet-approach?

Lost all my strength and size while the fat pretty much stayed on. Just doesn't seem to work for me.

To fight the puniness, I think I will have to up the beef. Just munched down a pound of tenderloin.
