When I'm not on a stupid diet, I pretty much eat what I like (including Wiener Schnitzel).
When I'm on a stupid diet, I sip on a protein shake during the day, just to be sure to get a minimum in. I eat out for lunch, but stay away from the greasy stuff. No breakfast. Low-fat evening snack. I don't count calories. When I feel like it, I "carb up", e.g. see pic above.
