In all seriousness the money spent in supps, the gym fees, the eating schedules all that stuff got him to this point?? To look like a normal in shape white guy? Had he known he would end up like this would he have followed the path the same?

It's the truth really. Unless you're going to look like a fitness model or ultra jock as a natural don't try and shape or mold your body into a pro fizeeq. it's just possible

really shows how transient bodybuilding is. you can train for 10 years, achieve a great physique, look awesome, and then pop a muscle and within a few months you look like a normal dude.

the disparity between layne off season and laynes best showing on stage...its enormous enough to cast doubt upon his contest prep methods..

nah, candi.

a buddy of mine did a local show and got 2nd in his weight class. natty show. he was about 175 on stage and let me tell you when he was even 195 three months out he didn't even look like he lifted. the amount of difference severely low bodyfat can make on a natural bodybuilder is incredible. you can go from looking like a nobody to looking great.

look at leafy, no offense intended. he's not that big at all, but dieted down with striations he looks damn good. throw 25 pounds of fat on him and he'd hardly look like he lifts.
