I use a 5-6 day training week. Work out every bodypart only ONCE during that time frame, take either Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday off.
Big bodyparts the first three days, 1) legs, 2) chest and 3) back. Shoulders arms and calves the next three days. If I take both Saturday and Sunday off I skipp calves, because theys tay the same size whether I train them or not (20 inches).
Repeat.
