i highly reccomend any one to read this book, im into chapter 8 and it is very good. milos sarcev is mentioned in it, and it appears thet he was a shady character back then. very good reading thus far. dan duchane is also mentioned. just reinforces what a mess the bodybuilding industry is, along with baseball and football.

stark, im still getting thru the book, and im sooo damn tired from my 4th 12hr shift tonight im having a hard time concentrating. i will definately keep you posted.

stark, the book talks about milos relationship with victor conte and BALCO. it briefly mentions milos and conte's steroid distribution.

it mentions how milos would inject experemental drugs to test thier effect, hence, when he injected synthol in his triceps and hit a vein and almost died. it also mentions how milos aided tim montgomery in his weight training which included growth,epo, insulin ,the clear. milos was one bad dude. no wonder why he is banned from the ifbb

milos, i gave the book to a friend of mine so i can't recall exactly, but it did go into some detail about you relationship with victor conte and your knowlwdge of the cream and the clear . apparently you were one of three who helped trained some of the olympic athletes who were using these banned substances. i posted this a while back and im sorry i don't have exact info for you.
the book did give you good credibility regarding training and nutrition along with your superior knowledge regarding chemisty related to bodybuilding. i wish i could give you more info. you should read the book it really is very good. it did mention you wanted to see how much one of the olympic athletes cold bench press prior to being put on these substances. sorry i can't give you more details. when my friend is done with it i would gladly mail it to you. you can pm me if you want. good luck.

milos, what i thought was intresting regarding the clear and the cream was that those substances did not increase testosterone levels, thus preventing anyone from getting caught. a machine was made to chemically identify the molecular compounds of these substances.
i think the book also mentioned you helped train tim montgomery who was on epo, gh, cream, clear, insulin. you would find the book intresting to read for sure

The book is a joke.On the second page of the freaking book it clearly states synthol is a drug.Synthol is not a drug,has never been a drug and will never be a drug.The book also has errors about Bonds where it implies that Conte gave Bonds drugs.Conte has always maintained he never gave Bonds any drugs and ,in fact,Bonds is theonly athlete Victor has definitively said that about.A book of lies and errors,written by two law breaking scum bags that used stolen grand jury testimony and went public with it.A clear violation of the law.
