so far ive seen mark dugdales segmet not impressed ..
for a guy who sys he has pushed 495 on inclince barbell presses he struggled with
3 plates on the smith incline and 3 and a half plates too...
..also struggled with 130 dumbells on flat presses...
i liked his form though.. his part was cool..
i watched the whole milos giant set thing first to get it out the way.. ultra light weights..... very long
...
also david henry said he's training light.... and went for reps..
its like everyone nowadays dont want to lift heavy ass weights...
i havent seen ronnies section yet but i know he started training light after 2006....

choice is an illusion

For some reason, I don't have any bfto dvds....I will have to start my library.

I don't want the crappy ones.  Which years would be the best ones to have?
Ebay is my friend.
Thanks Rob.

I think 1999 when Flex took second and Cormier got third.
Its the best BTFO.
Especialy Flex condition is out of this world.

ultra-giant sets with light weights work for those jacked full of insulin and nutrients
for naturals its garbage -stick to heavy weights

It took me 20 hours to completely review the Battle for the Olympia 2006 DVD:

Pretty much any BFTO is worth the price.  You get a lot of content for a relatively low amount compared to other bodybuilding DVDs.  Mits always does great work.
