Thanks for the words bro, it only fuels my motivational fire to bring my body to levels that it hasnt been before. 

But I am getting some major help from somebody, so he gets about 99% of the credit.

Thank  you great one. Changing the lifestyle was tough, but now that its done, it aint that bad, and im going to stick with it.
