Hey folks, in my plan to be a better online person and to change my offtopics on the gossip (i promissed Ron) and to be overall a better contributer to this awesome board I'm planing to change my nick to my real name.

Oh and yes of course my intial Bodybuilding question a question to all of you.....

The one thing I do not understand is these guys who work out together and than when the other workout partner
does his set you see them sitting beside them and with a tired (don't give a fuck) voice they say:

yeah do it, come on, one more, keep it tight

There is no intensity or any real care in it what so ever, I see a lot of them don't even look at the other guy, i mean you don't need
to do a Yates-Leroy thing but at least care a little.
Back in the days when I had a Romanian workout buddy, we watched each others progress and set ALL the time, that's what a good
workout buddy system should be like.

What is your guys opinion?

Don't worry too much, women do shave their armpits over here. most of them are pretty lousy in the sack though. French women are very passive lovers, they believe men have to do everything. Latin girls and easter european bitches are way better IMHO.

Yeah (I also love the next two Velvet records) but her "trilogy" including this one, "The Desertshore" and "The End" are also fantastic. I always felt ti must have had a major impact on the goth scene as wellas artists like Bjork.
